How to Enrol
We’ve made the enrolment process simple and personal. Steps to join us:
- 1 Submit an enquiry through our contact form or by phone
- 2 Attend an orientation session or phone consultation
- 3 Complete enrolment forms and provide required documents
- 4 Support your child’s settling-in phase with a personalised transition plan
- 5 Begin care with confidence and ongoing support
Required documents:
- Child’s birth certificate
- Immunisation History Statement
- Parent/guardian ID and emergency contacts
Fees & Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
We aim to keep costs clear, flexible, and family-friendly. What to know:
- Hourly or daily rates vary depending on each educator
- CCS is available to eligible families — and we can guide you through the application
- Gap fees are invoiced weekly
- No hidden fees — meals and activities may be included depending on the educator
Communication With Families
- Daily updates on meals, sleep, and activities (via app, text, or verbal communication)
- Photos and learning journals (uploaded in approved and secured third party software)
- Open, two-way communication with educators
- Immediate contact in case of emergencies
Learning and Development
- Play-based learning that encourages exploration, curiosity, and joy
- Weekly programs tailored to your child’s interests and developmental needs
- Observations, learning stories, and milestone tracking
- Family voice included in every stage of planning and reflection
Health, Safety & Wellbeing
- Safe sleep and rest practices aligned with Red Nose guidelines

- Allergy, illness, and medication protocols followed consistently
Access to Policies
- Included upon enrolment through our Family Handbook

- Optional secure parent-login area for digital access
- Families are notified of any changes that impact care
Your Rights & Responsibilities
- Provide up-to-date information about your child
- Communicate changes to routines, health, or contact details
- Respect educators’ home learning environments
- Follow enrolment, attendance, and health procedures
Feedback & Concerns
- Speak directly with your educator or contact our coordination unit
- Submit feedback or concerns confidentially by phone or email
- Expect a timely response to all enquiries and complaints
- Escalate serious matters to the NSW Regulatory Authority if required
