    Enrol

    How to Enrol

    We’ve made the enrolment process simple and personal. Steps to join us:

    • 1 Submit an enquiry through our contact form or by phone
    • 2 Attend an orientation session or phone consultation
    • 3 Complete enrolment forms and provide required documents
    • 4 Support your child’s settling-in phase with a personalised transition plan
    • 5 Begin care with confidence and ongoing support

    Required documents:

    • Child’s birth certificate
    • Immunisation History Statement
    • Parent/guardian ID and emergency contacts

    Fees

    Fees & Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

    We aim to keep costs clear, flexible, and family-friendly. What to know:

    • Hourly or daily rates vary depending on each educator
    • CCS is available to eligible families — and we can guide you through the application
    • Gap fees are invoiced weekly
    • No hidden fees — meals and activities may be included depending on the educator

    Communication

    • Daily updates on meals, sleep, and activities (via app, text, or verbal communication)
    • Photos and learning journals (uploaded in approved and secured third party software)
    • Open, two-way communication with educators
    • Immediate contact in case of emergencies

    • Weekly programs tailored to your child’s interests and developmental needs
